Hydrovitz Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love Hydrovitz. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Returns

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To qualify, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • For change of mind returns, customers cover return postage.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@hydrovitz.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll put it right with a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping if needed.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banks and card providers may take extra time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days pass, email us at contact@hydrovitz.co.uk
