Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when it’s been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
  • You can use this to follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delivery Issues

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an additional 1–2 business days before contacting us (sometimes couriers experience delays).
  • If you have any issues with delivery, contact our support team, and we’ll resolve them quickly.
